Celebrity Cruises has provided us with an interesting graphic detailing the evolution of shipboard cooks looking back from around 100 BC. This evolution of sailing chefs describes the fare available to galley slaves, explorers, pirates and cruise ship passengers. It’s safe to assume things have improved in the ship’s galley.
